Nordic Source supplier portfolio is built on members needs and on sourcing category strategy. We have thorough requirements for our suppliers and we work together to enable continuous improvement in each of the sourcing category. Nordic Source suppliers have good quality, they are innovative and experts of their fields.

HOW TO APPLY?

Nordic Source gets familiar with potential suppliers before the issuance of contracts and possibly runs a tender. Therefore, a typical new supplier approval process starts with identifying the key sourcing requirements and volumes and also the need for a new price level or new ways of working is identified.

 

In the next step, potential suppliers are identified and Nordic Source is getting to know them and their capabilities. The most potential suppliers are chosen for the optional tender process. As a result of the tender, one or many suppliers can be awarded, depending on the category strategy and decision.
