Our customers can leverage Nordic Source as an extension of their procurement organization, allowing them to focus their internal resources on the purchases and supplier relationships that are most strategic to their core business.

CATEGORIES
Category management is the cornerstone of our procurement approach. We focus on selected indirect procurement categories and continuously expand our scope based on our customers' needs.
Our customers operate more than 110 sites across Finland, and Nordic Source provides a strong procurement and supplier portfolio for both manufacturing facilities and other operational locations. Together with our members, we also have extensive expertise in the requirements of the food and beverage industry.
We have joint category management meetings between Nordic Source team and member sourcing people on a regular basis where we decide about the new sourcing projects and decide to add a new sub-category.

Nordic Source manages ~90 frame agreements in multiple indirect sourcing categories. The main categories are MRO, Facility Management, Professional Services, Inhouse Logistics and Travel.
Cooperative negotiates contract terms for the frame agreement with predefined and jointly agreed templates and terms.
Contracts are easily available for members view through secure access restricted contract
database.
