CATEGORIES
Category management is the foundation of our procurement work. We focus on selected indirect procurement categories and expand their coverage based on the needs of our member companies.
Our member companies have more than 110 operational sites in Finland alone. Nordic Source provides a strong procurement and supplier portfolio for manufacturing sites and other operational locations. Together with our member companies, we have specific expertise in areas such as the food industry.
Nordic Source holds regular category meetings with its member companies. Together, we decide on new projects, tendering projects and the development and expansion of procurement categories.
