The foundation of our work is sourcing category management. We are focusing on selected indirect sourcing categories and we are completing the main categories all the time.
Our customers have over 80 sites (manufacturing, logistics) just in Finland and Nordic Source offers a good sourcing / supplier portfolio for factories and office services with special knowledge on the food industry.
We have joint category management meetings between Nordic Source team and member sourcing people on a regular basis where we decide about the new sourcing projects and decide to add a new sub-category.
